Clay soil is a persistent issue in Centennial — it drains poorly, directs water toward foundations, and creates wet, compacted zones that kill grass and damage hardscape over time. Tran Landscaping assesses and corrects grade problems, redirecting surface water away from structures and into appropriate drainage paths. This work pairs naturally with landscape redesigns and retaining wall installs. Fixing drainage once is significantly less expensive than repairing the foundation, landscaping, and hardscape that poor drainage eventually causes.
